PETER ASHFIELD – Areas of specialism: Business and Social Enterprise, Business Development, Leadership and Management Skills, Coaching and Mentoring, Project Management, Negotiation Skills, Mediation Skills and Marketing Skills. Peter is the lead practitioner of Ashfield Business Enterprise and Development. He is an experienced business practitioner, having 24 years practical, professional business experience coupled with a solid academic foundation. Qualified as an NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner (NLPU), Peter blends these skills with his Masters Degree in Business Administration. He’s currently embarking on a comprehensive piece of academic research leading to the completion of a PhD. Peter is also a part-time lecturer at the Lancashire Business School, part of the University of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). Peter’s training methods have a proven winning formula and are coupled with a clear, open and friendly manner, meaning you get focused, flexible and fun learning that delivers measurable results. Outside of work, Peter enjoys outdoor pursuits and music. He loves playing guitar and helping co-ordinate an annual major ‘North of England’ charity music event.

SANDY MARSHALL – Areas of specialism: Putting the tools and techniques of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) into practical use for businesses, Communication Skills, Reaching Goals Practically, Influencing Skills and Executive Coaching, Management Development. Sandy is an experienced training and coaching consultant and qualified INLPTA Master Practitioner of NLP. She worked in retail banking for 30 years and proved herself to be an innovative trainer and facilitator, training and coaching staff from new starters through to the executive team. With a lifelong love of learning she is enthusiastic and can adapt delivery to any level of management. Sandy always adapts her courses in order that the objectives set by the client are met. Being practical and jargon free her training is targeted at delegates’ needs by ensuring training is participative and practical. A sense of humour also helps the learning process along! Sandy has a strong knowledge of the financial sector, because of this she is clear about reaching business goals and ensuring Return on Investment for programmes.

GARY CHURTON – Areas of specialism: Gary Churton is an expert presenter and skilful trainer and facilitator. With extensive experience of working in both the public and private sector, Gary offers a practical approach and is well known for his use of real life examples and creative metaphors to engage his audience and facilitate their learning. As an NLP Master Practitioner, a licensed user of the Myers Briggs Type Personality Inventory (MBTI) and a skilled facilitator of experiential learning, Gary is truly accomplished at designing and delivering events that inspire meaningful learning and sustainable change!

MILES PEACOCK – Areas of specialism: Miles works as a management trainer, facilitator and coach, and has worked extensively in private and public sectors.  The feedback Miles gets from his training courses is that people value him for the level of creativity, support and challenge that he offers.  As a coach he has significant experience of working with executives and senior managers, offering performance coaching as a ‘stand alone’ activity or as something which is integrated with a wider development programme.  Miles also works as a facilitator for management teams who want to increase their creativity and productivity in meetings or who require assistance in resolving conflict. In his spare time Miles competes in triathlons and is a mountain sports enthusiast.  He is also studying for a masters degree in Occupational Psychology with the aim of becoming a Chartered Occupational Psychologist..

ANDREA ASHFIELD - Andrea is our Business Development Manager and ensures an exceptionally high level of support to our team and customers alike. Her experience spans managerial and administrative roles from retail through to finance and training. She regularly goes the extra mile to exceed expectations. Andrea enjoys fell walking in The Lakes, and when not feeling quite so energetic, loves curling up with a good book.

DR TOBIAS BÜSER – Areas of specialism: Developing training programmes for executive/strategic organisational development and culture change. Post merger integration and corporate culture expert. A business graduate; Dipl.-Hdl./ Professional trainer, advisor and personal development coach. Tobias is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Master Practitioner (NLPU) and speaks fluent German and English. Tobias has a clear and approachable manner. His training methods ensure you gain a real understanding of the training content, enhancing and enriching your training experience so that real results can be achieved outside the learning environment.

JUDITH STRUTHERS - Jude brings a wealth of experience to her role as Personal Assistant and enthusiastically applies this on a day to day basis to the benefit of Ashfield and customers alike. Taking a proactive approach to every task, Jude is a ‘half full’ rather than ‘half empty’ optimist; an attitude that rubs off positively on everyone. In her spare time, Jude goes regularly to the gym and tries to walk about 2 miles each day. Cooking is Jude’s passion, together with making home furnishings.
